Delete data
CrashReport stores accident reports, photos, and form entries locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to our servers automatically.
Delete local data yourself
You can remove local app data in several ways:
- Delete individual accident reports in the app, if that feature is available
- Clear app data via Android settings (Settings → Apps → CrashReport → Storage → Clear data)
- Uninstall the app
Because local data is not stored on our servers, we cannot delete it remotely. Deletion happens only on your device.
Data processed by third-party services
For data that may be processed through third-party services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or Crashlytics, you can submit a privacy or deletion request.
How to submit a deletion request
- Send an email to chris.noltemeier@gmail.com
- Subject: “CrashReport data deletion”
- If possible, include your app version, device details, or other context so we can match your request.
